We deliver a standard monthly financial package, including balance sheet, income statement and statement of cash flows. We also provide additional management reporting to meet client needs. This may include cash reporting, budget vs. actual analysis and/or a key performance indicators dashboard. We assist with preparing budgets and forecasts and provide analysis on performance against plan. We handle daily record keeping such as accounts payable/receivable, and month-end accounting needs to ensure all transactions are accurately captured in the books. We provide you with a solid financial blueprint so you can focus on what you do best. In our month-end close and review process, we make necessary journal entry adjustments, reconcile balance sheet accounts and verify accuracy of income statements. Experts in payroll technology, we provide direct deposit services, online access to payroll documents, government compliance, and quick access to vital financial reports -- all at an affordable cost. We handle many aspects of payroll administration, including setup, processing, and journal entries and reconciliations. We also help with benefits administration, such as payroll deductions for benefit plans, paid and sick time-off tracking and monitoring retirement plan contributions and limits. In the area of employment assistance, we assist with new hire/termination coordination and manage the employee master file, including following up on missing information/ documentation.

1- At Vanguard, we are continuing to monitor the outbreak and implement actions we need to take to keep our people, clients, and communities healthy and safe.

2- We are encouraging all employees to take common-sense health precautions recommended by the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), including frequent hand washing, limited person-to-person contact, and the discretion to work from home as they deem appropriate.

3- We have requested increased cleaning frequency in our facilities to ensure a sanitary and safe environment for our people and clients.

4- We have implemented strict domestic and international travel policies and have asked that non-client group meetings and/or events be transitioned to online events.

5- As always, we remain committed to providing high-quality service to our clients. Our physical office remains open, and we continue to operate in a business-as-usual fashion. Given altered schedules and extended school closures, some disruptions may be unavoidable. Rest assured that our commitment to serving you remains our top priority, even if our typically prompt responses are slightly delayed.
