The Accountant package is an affordable accounting service package that allows you to concentrate your precious time in what you need to do (make sales, make money). We take care of the following:
• Gather and organize all of your records (checks, deposits, receipts, etc.)
• Input them into a professional accounting program
• Reconcile all of the transactions, so they are correct, accurate and on time
• Generate a Monthly Income Statement that allows you to know if you are making or losing money, how you are spending your scarce resources, etc.
• Any report that you may need when you apply for financing
• Expert advice, once a month, where we tell you ways to improve your business and your bottom line and
• All of your quarterly taxes. Keeping out of trouble with the IRS gives you peace of mind and avoid major problems in the future
The way we operate is very simple:
• Every week you turn in your checks, deposits, bank statements and receipts to us, and
• We do the rest! We have the following charges:
1. A monthly Service Fee to be calculated according to transactions.
2. A one-time Set Up Fee of $300.00 that includes setting up the chart of accounts in our system and entering the initial balances of each account as of January of current year.
3. An Update Fee, that includes entering all the information from previous months (if not starting in January), calculated at one and one half times of the monthly Service Fee times the number of months to enter.
